How to install watchOS 3.0 Beta 1 in Apple Watch

There is no straight forward way to install for watchOS 3.0 Beta 1 in Apple Watch.
And its not clearly documented how to do that, so Im sharing my findings on how to do that, it will be useful for others and does not require to go through the same pain.

* Upgrade your iPhone to iOS 10 beta
    - Complete the setup process
* From iPhone Mobile Safari, go to https://developer.apple.com/download/
* Make sure (Following are listed in Watch app on iPhone)
    - Apple Watch in range of your iPhone
    - iPhone connected to wifi
    - Apple Watch connected to charger
    - Apple Watch charged at least 50%
* Download 5.97 KB configuration file for watchOS 3.0
* After download a dialog with options to install on iPhone or Watch appears.
  Choose on Watch
  Certificate installs
* Asks to restart Watch, restart it. Wait for it to restart
* Then Go to Watch App in iPhone
* MyWatch->General->Software Update
* Now you can see watchOS 3.0 Beta 1 available
* Click Download and Install
